my name is carmen jones, an enthusiast of yoga, pilates and mindful living. my journey teaching began in 2010. through these years i've developed a deep understanding of practice of yoga and pilates; specifically how to focus on core strength and stability, mindfulness, and breath work.
The 'three b' core elements at foundation of all we do are brain, breath and body. harnessing the power of each and help us live a mindful life through movement.
